多乐氟预防青少年恒牙继发龋的临床疗效

Abstract Objective To study the clinical effect of Duraphat in preventing secondary caries in permanent teeth of adolescents after filling treatment.Methods All of 203 cases of bilateral permanent mandibular first molars with caries treated in the Dental clinic of Shenzhen Children′s Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected.One side mandibular first molars were randomly selected as the experimental group while the other side as the control group.The teeth of experimental group were applied with Duraphat after filling treatment and regular reviews after 3 months,6 months,12 months and 24 months,while the teeth of control group were given oral hygiene education.The occurrence of secondary caries after filling treatment was recorded in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of secondary caries between the two groups after 3 and 6 months(P＞0.05).The incidence of secondary caries in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after 12 and 24 months,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Regular application of Duraphat can effectively prevent secondary caries in adolescents and reduce the incidence of secondary caries after filling treatment.
