中药熏洗辅助康复训练对膝关节功能恢复的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the impact of herbal steaming and washing as an adjuvant therapy of rehabilitation training on the recovery of knee joint function.MethodsFrom May 2015 to April 2017,120 patients with knee joint diseases and peripheral fracture were divided into treatment group (n=60)and control group (n=60)based on the sequences of visiting doctors.In the control group,patients were treated with the corresponding rehabilitation training after surgery.In the treatment group,Chinese herbal steaming and washing was added as an adjuvant therapy of rehabilitation training after surgery.The clinical effect,HSS knee score,Lysholm score of knee joint,range of motion (ROM angle)for joint were observed in the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate was 100%after therapy in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 80.00% (P＜0.05).After therapy,score of HSS,and Lysholm were all much higher than those in the control group,ROM angle was obviously larger than that of the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of herbal steaming and washing assisting on rehabilitation training to patients with knee joint diseases and peripheral fractures can improve the clinical curative effect as well as the function of knee joint,which has a high application value.
