维生素B12在肿瘤、肥胖和糖尿病中的研究及诊治进展

Abstract In recent years，with the in-depth study of tumors，obesity and diabetes，more and more drugs and substances in the human body have been found to play a role in the occurrence and progression of these diseases，and vitamin B12 is one of the hot researches. Epidemiological investigations and case-control studies have revealed that vitamin B12 is inextricably linked to the occurrence and development of tumors，obesity and diabetes in the human body.The relevant treatment methods for tumors，obesity and diabetes can reduce the level of vitamin B12 in patients，while the deficiency of B12 can also lead to the occurrence and development of tumors，obesity and diabetes，and the deficiency of vitamin B12 has caused a series of diseases. A large number of studies have provided clues for the follow-up indepth research by exploring the mechanism of action of vitamin B12.
