股骨近端抗旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的价值

Abstract Objective To investigate the value of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNa) in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Methods A total of 42 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group (n=21) and the control group (n=21) according to random sampling method.The control group was treated with dynamic hip screw (DHS), while the observation group was treated with PFNa.The clinical efficacy, surgical related indicators and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume of the patients in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the operation time of the patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The fracture healing time, total weight-bearing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion PFNa can effectively improve the clinical effect and reduce the risk of adverse reactions in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture, which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
