阿托伐他汀钙治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床效果研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo approach clinical effects of treatment COPD stabilization by Atorvastatin Calcium.MethodsThe 120 cases clinical data of COPD stabilization patients in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were analyzed,which was divided into two group by different treatment methods,routine treatment group(routine treatment)60 cases and experimental group(Atorvastatin Calcium treatment)60 cases.The blood gas analysis result,6MWT and lung function of two group COPD stabilization patients before treatment and after treatment were detected.ResultsThe PaO2,PaCO2,6MWT,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred of two group COPD stabilization patients before treatment were no difference(P＞0.05),the PaO2,6MWT,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred of routine treatment group and experimental group after treatment were higher than before treatment,PaCO2was lower than before treatment,the PaO2,6MWT,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred of experimental group after treatment were higher than routine treatment group,PaCO2was lower than routine treatment group,the difference were statistical significance(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe COPD stabilization by Atorvastatin Calcium,which could improve blood gas analysis,increase lung function,it is worth to be used.
