奥曲肽联合胃镜介入治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Octreotide combined with gastroscopy in the treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods Eighty-two patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was given gastroscopic intervention,and observation group was combined with Octreotide on this basis,and both groups were given basic treatment.The clinical efficacy,stopping time of hematemesis,hospital stay,rebleeding rate within 48h and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The stopping time of hematemesis and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The 48 h rebleeding rate in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Octreotide combined with gastroscopic intervention has good clinical effect,early stopping of hematemesis,short hospital stay and low rebleeding rate within 48 h in the treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,thus it is worthy of popularization and application.
