间歇性经口至食管管饲技术在脑卒中合并吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of intermittent oral-esophageal feeding (IOE) technology in stroke (CAV) patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 50 cases of stroke CAV patients with dysphagia treated in our hospital from November 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group (n=25) and experimental group (n=25) according to the random number table method.The control group was fed with nasal feeding tube, while the experimental group was fed with IOE technology.The improvement of swallowing function after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment was compared between the two groups, and the hospitalization time and complications of the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rates of swallowing function improvement in the experimental group after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion IOE technology can significantly shorten the hospitalization time of CAV patients with dysphagia, improve their swallowing function and reduce the incidence of complications.
