社区获得性肺炎临床护理路径实施护理干预的价值评估

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with community acquired pneumonia（CAP）.MethodsFrom June 2013 to December 2014,80 patients with CAP treated in our hospital were selected.They were evenly divided into research group and reference group by computer.The conventional nursing was used in both groups.Besides,the clinical nursing pathway was added in the research group.The hospital stay and clinical outcomes were compared in the two groups.ResultsWith regard to hospital stay,the average hospital stay in the research group was(11.50±11.02)d,better than that in the reference group[(16.20±2.0)d],which was displayed a statistical difference(P<0.05).On the clinical outcomes,the number of improvement,death,and noneffectiveness was 38,0,and 2 in the research group,while in the reference group，they were 34,0,and 6 accordingly,which was not displayed statistical significance(P＞0.05).ConclusionApplication of clinical nursing pathway model in CAPpatients can effectively shorten the hospital stay，improve the quality of life,and reduce medical cost,which is of great importance in clinical research.
