全程绿色通道护理路径模式和常规护理路径模式在急诊小儿高热惊厥中的应用对比

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of the whole green channel nursing pathway model and routine nursing pathway model in emergency children with high fever convulsion.MethodsSelected 100 cases of children with high fever convulsion in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,50 cases in each group.The patients of control group were given routine nursing pathway,and in study group were treated with green corridor nursing pathway.The two groups of patients with stable condition,complications,death,the temperature before and after the first aid,first aid time,fever time,convulsion disappearance time,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared.ResultsThe proportion of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of complications and mortality in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients before emergency temperature showed no significant difference(P＞0.05),first aid research group after body temperature was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the study group hospital time,pyretolysis time,seizures disappeared time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe whole Easy Access nursing pathway in nursing of patients with infantile convulsion in application can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,shorten the hospital time,linical symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time,improve emergency results,improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.
