| Application evaluation of holistic nursing model in perioperative nursing care of elderly patients with bone fracture |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of holistic nursing in perioperative nursing of senile patients with bone injury.MethodsFrom March 2016 to March 2017,142 elderly patients with bone fracture in our hospital were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,71 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group were treated with holistic nursing intervention.The hospital stay,postoperative complications and satisfaction of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of hospital stay and postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the perioperative period of senile patients with bone injury in the application of holistic nursing intervention,the effect is significant,can effectively shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction with nursing work,worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
