| Effect of Fuke Zaizao Capsules in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuke Zaizao Capsules in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve.Methods Sixty patients with decreased ovarian reserve from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the research group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.In the research group,Fuke Zaizao Capsules in oral administration was given (6 granules each time,twice per day,and took them one week before menstruation for 15 consecutive days,for three courses of treatment),and in the control group,artificial cycle alone was used.The serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The vaginal ultrasound test was performed to compare ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,number of ovarian sinus follicles between the two groups before and after treatment,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of FSH,LH,FSH/LH,E2and AMH between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The levels of FSH,LH and FSH/LH after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of E2and AMH were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of FSH,LH and FSH/LH after treatment in the research group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of E2and AMH after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,and number of ovarian sinus follicles between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The ovarian volume and endometrial thickness after treatment in the two groups were larger than those before treatment,the number of ovarian sinus follicles was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ovarian volume and endometrial thickness after treatment in the research group were larger than those in the control group,the number of ovarian sinus follicles was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatmen in the research group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Fuke Zaizao Capsules obtain a good clinical effect in treating patients with decreased ovarian reserve,which can improve the endocrine status as well as the ovarian reserve of patients.
