| Application effect of psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy in gestational diabetes mellitus |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods A total of 86 cases of GDM parturients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the list of mathematical random number,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention during pregnancy,while the observation group was given exercise therapy combined with psychological nursing intervention.The nursing total satisfaction,maternal and infant adverse events,the disappearance time of GDM symptoms and the total time of intervention plan implementation,blood sugar levels before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically difference (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group,with statistically difference (P<0.05);the disappearance time of GDM symptoms and the total implementation time of intervention plan were shorter than that of the control group,with statistically difference (P<0.05);the blood sugar level after nursing was lower than those of the control group,with statistically difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Motion therapy combined with psychological nursing intervention can reduce adverse events of mother and infant,control symptoms and blood sugar level in a short time,shorten treatment time and improve patients′satisfaction with nursing nursing during the treatment of GDM.
