白芍总苷胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗难治性银屑病的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules combined with Acitretin Capsules in the treatment of refractory psoriasis.Methods A total of 68 patients with refractory psoriasis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Acitretin Capsules,and patients in the observation group were given Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules combined with Acitretin Capsules.The levels of Interleukin 4 (IL-4),Interleukin 8 (IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),psoriasis area and severity index (PASI),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-8,and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88% in the observation group and 17.65% in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules combined with Acitretin Capsules in the treatment of refractory psoriasis can effectively relieve the inflammatory reactions,help to reduce the severity of skin lesions,and has a certain degree of safety.
