针刺八髎穴联合电针治疗神经源性膀胱的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture at Baliao point combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of neurogenic bladder.Methods A total of 50 patients with neurogenic bladder from April 11,2017 to December 1,2018 were selected as the subjects,and divided into two groups by dynamic random method,with 25 patients in each group.The two groups were treated routinely.On the basis of those,the control group received nerve electrical stimulation,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture at Baliao point combined with electroacupuncture.The urination,quality of life,adverse events and patients′ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the number of urination,the number of urine leakage,and the residual urine volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the amount of spontaneous urination was more than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically different in total adverse events rate between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the observation group was (82.87±4.25) points,which was higher than that in the control group for (75.06±3.98) points,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction probability of the observation group (100.00%)was higher than that of the control group (76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Baliao Point combined with electroacupuncture is effective in the treatment of neurogenic bladder,which can effectively control the disease,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
