Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of nursing intervention on prevention of pulmonary infection after gynecological operation.MethodsFrom February 2016 to April 2017,108 cases receivedsurgical treatment in the Department of gynaecology and obstetrics our hospital as the research object,according to the random number expression of 108 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,54 cases in each group.The study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group was given routine nursing measures,occurrence the rate of pulmonary infection rate were compared between two groups after operation and satisfaction of nursing quality.ResultsThe incidence rate of the study group was 7.41%,and in the control group,the incidence rate of pulmonary infection was 25.93%.The incidence of pulmonary infection in the study group was significantly lower than the control group,data statistically significant difference(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group(92.59%)was significantly higher than the control group patients nursing satisfaction(72.22%),with statistical significance the difference of data(P<0.05).ConclusionNursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of pulmonary infection in obstetrics and gynecology operation,and effectively improve the patient′s satisfaction with the nursing service.It is worth clinical reference.
