心脏冠状动脉内支架治疗急性心肌梗死的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of coronary stent in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods From June 2015 to December 2017,60 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into two groups by the principle of double blind,30 cases in each group.The control group accepted routine drug thrombolysis treatment,the analysis group treated for a heart coronary artery stents.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the postoperative recovery effect of the analysis group were observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in heart rate and blood pressure level before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in heart rate (P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in analysis group was obviously lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total excellent rate of coronary angiography (TIMI)blood flow grading in the analysis group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heart coronary artery stents in patients with acute myocardial infarction(MI)has good effect,can reduce heart rate and blood pressure levels,improve patients restore normal blood flow to the heart heart function,which has clinical application and dissemination value.
