舒适护理在术后骨创伤患者疼痛控制中的应用效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the effect of comfort care in the pain control of patients with postoperative bone trauma.Methods80 cases of bone trauma in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected.According to odd even number,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group bone trauma patients were given the conventional nursing mode,the observation group was given comfortable nursing for bone trauma patients,bone trauma patients postoperative pain scale score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were campared between two groups.ResultsThe VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the first,second,third day after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The indicators of quality of life in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(67.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionComfortable nursing service has a significant effect on relieving postoperative pain in patients with bone trauma,and the pain is significantly reduced on the 3 day after operation,and the quality of life is guaranteed after operation.The satisfaction degree of patients with bone trauma is also improved.
