硬性耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of tympanostomy with rigid ear endoscopy in the treatment of secretory otitis media.MethodsForty-eight patients with secretory otitis media admitted from January 2017 to January 2018 in our department were selected as the subject,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 24 cases in each group.Twenty-four patients in the control group were treated by conventional tympanostomy.Twenty-four patients in the observation group were treated by rigid endoscopic tympanoplasty.The treatment effects,operational satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 79.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 87.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Zero case of the external auditory canal mucosal bleeding,1 case of tympanic membrane hemorrhage,1 case of ear pain were observed in the observation group,the adverse reaction rate was 8.3%.There were 2 cases of tympanic membrane hemorrhage in the control group,1 case of the external auditory canal mucosal bleeding,2 cases of ear pain,the adverse reaction rate was 20.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor the cases of secretory otitis media treated in otolaryngology clinic,rigid ear endoscopic tympanic membrane puncture is used to treat patients.Compared with conventional tympanostomy,the therapeutic effect and operation satisfaction of the patients can be significantly improved,and the risk of thetympanic membrane and mucosa of the external auditory canal can be significantly reduced.It can prevent pain and other adverse reactions.Furthermore,its value of the prognosis is significant.
