| The value of gastric filling ultrasound in the screening of gastric cancer in community |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the value of gastric filling ultrasonography in the screening of gastric cancer in the community.MethodsFrom May 2013 to May 2015,500 community people who received gastric cancer screening in our hospital were selected as the subjects.All the participants were examined by gastric filling ultrasound.According to the results of gastroscopy and case diagnosis,the results of gastric filling ultrasound were analyzed.Results①405 positive cases were detected by gastric filling ultrasound，and the positive rate was 81%.A total of 415 positive cases were detected by gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis,and the positive rate was 83%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The accuracy of gastric filling ultrasound was 71%,and the accuracy of gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis was 70.2%.There was no significant difference between groups(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe gastric ultrasonography examination in screening of gastric cancer，with a high degree of accuracy，especially applied to children and the elderly to gastroscopy intolerance group,its value is more significant,therefore,can be widely used in the diagnosis,treatment,follow-up and referral links.
