前列地尔序贯疗法治疗老年临床期糖尿病肾病的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Alprostadil as a sequential therapy in the treatment of clinical diabetic nephropathy in the elderly.MethodsA total of 200 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy in clinical stage who were admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2017 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into routine group and research group,with 100 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with Alprostadil therapy on the basis of routine treatment,while research group was treated with Alprostadil sequential therapy on the basis of routine treatment,and the therapeutic efficacy and renal function indexes changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function indexes of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the renal function indexes of the patients in the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of routine treatment,application of Alprostadil as a sequential therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with clinical diabetic nephropathy obtains a better clinical effect,which can improve the therapeutic efficacy and significantly ameliorate the patients′various renal function indexes.
