营养干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of nutritional intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.MethodsA total of 82 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from January to June,2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into control group and observation group according to whether they were willing to accept nutritional intervention,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group combined with nutritional intervention on the basis of routine intervention,and the weight changes and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups of patients were counted and compared.ResultsThe weight gain during pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the Apgar scores of newborns in the observation group,the proportion of scores of 0-3 points and 4-7 points were lower than those in the control group,the proportion of scores of 8-10 points was higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of macrosomia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionNutritional intervention for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively reduce weight gain during pregnancy,reduce complications and macrosomia,and improve neonatal Apgar score,which is worthy of popularization and application.
