学龄前儿童龋齿与母亲孕期、儿童相关因素的关联研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the association of preschool children′s dental caries with maternal and child-related factors.MethodsFrom January to December,2017,218 children aged 3 to 6 with caries in 68 kindergartens in 17 towns of Boluo County were selected as the observation group by cluster sampling,and 200 normal preschool children who underwent health examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The clinical data children and mothers in two groups of were collected and analyzed.ResultsThe clinical data of pregnant women in the observation group were compared with each other,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in children′s clinical data(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that pregnant women′s caries,inadequate nutrition during pregnancy,pregnant women′s poor pregnancy history,pregnant women′s first or second hand smoke,pregnant women′s oral symptoms,pregnant women′s complications,pregnant women′s educational level at or below the tertiary level,pregnant women′s toothache were high-risk factors for pregnant women whether preschool children suffered from caries or not(P<0.05).Premature infants,preference for sweets,no brushing habits twice in the morning and evening,and children′s brushing starting age ≥ 2 years old were all high-risk factors for children with dental caries in preschool children,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPreschool children have relationship with preterm infants,brushing rate 2 times in the morning and evening,sweet tooth food,maternal education,maternal toothache during pregnancy,complications during pregnancy,first-hand or secondhand smoke,adequate nutrition during pregnancy,and incidence of mother′s caries.
