热敏灸配合补肾强骨方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果及对炎性因子的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the efficacy of thermal moxibustion combined with Bushen Qianggu Recipe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and the effect of inflammatory factors.MethodsOne hundred patients with KOA in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were observed,all the patients were divided into the combined group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group,by random number table method.The control group was treated with Bushen Qianggu recipe,the combined group was treated with hermal moxibustion and Bushen Qianggu Recipe.Treatment for 3 months,the clinical effects,Lysholm score,VAS score and the levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment(tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-1,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein)were observed of the two groups.ResultsAfter?treatment for 3 months,the Lysholm score and the total effective rate of the combined group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-1,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and VAS score in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe combination of thermal moxibustion and Bushen Qianggu recipe can improve the knee function,inhibit inflammatory reaction and relieve the pain of patients in KOA patients,and the clinical efficacy is remarkable.
