优质护理干预在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage in puerperae with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,60 puerperae with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects.By a random number table method,they were divided into research group (n=30)and control group (n=30).In the research group,high-quality nursing intervention was used,while in the control group,routine postpartum nursing intervention was adopted.The postpartum hemorrhage volume and maternal blood pressure changes between the two groups were compared.Results After high-quality nursing intervention,the blood loss 2 and 24 hour after delivery were(99.08±11.42)ml and (133.11±18.34)ml,lower than those in the control group of(154.22±13.85)ml and(244.20±19.07)ml,which were displayed statistical significances(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the research group were(125.28±9.48)mmHg and(84.28±6.53)mmHg,both lower than those in the control group of(140.07±10.04)mmHg and(90.18±7.56)mmHg with statistical significance(P<0.05).The neonate birth weight and Apgar score were(3.50±0.43)kg and(9.80±0.92)points in the research group,superior to those in the control group of(2.43±0.20)kg and(8.01±0.40)points respectively.The above-mentioned two parameters were displayed significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of highquality nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of puerperae with pregnancy-induced hypertension can effectively control the increase of blood pressure,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,and ensure the safety of maternal life.
