布洛芬混悬液治疗小儿发热的效果及安全性分析

Abstract Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Ibuprofen Suspension in the treatment of fever in children.Methods From February to July 2017,100 children with fever treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jinlian Qingre Granules,while the observation group was treated with Ibuprofen Suspension.The total effective rate,antipyretic time,adverse reactions,sleep quality and quality of life before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05）.The antipyretic time([1.02±0.25]h)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group([3.54±0.54]h),the difference was statistically significant(t=29.945,P=0.000).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sleep quality score and quality of life score between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep quality and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The Ibuprofen Suspension has a significant effect in the treatment of pediatric fever,and can shorten the time of abating fever and ensure the sleep quality and quality of life in children,which deserves clinical promotion.
