Clinical analysis of antibiotics combined erswith glucocorticoid in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia in children |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antibiotics combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 70 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,while the observation group was treated with glucocorticoids.The total effective rate,fever reduction time,hospitalization time,antibiotic use time,CRP and other indicators were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The duration of fever reduction,hospitalization and antibiotic use in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and CRP index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of antibiotics and glucocorticoids in the clinical treatment of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively promote the improvement of clinical treatment effect,therefore,the clinical value is significant.
