| The changing application of PINP,CTX,OST for ANFH patients in serum |

Abstract Objective To approach changing of PINP,CTX,OST for ANFH patients.Methods A total of 60 cases ANFH patients in our hospital from Angust 2014 to Angust 2017 were selected as detection group,50 cases health physical examination personnel were selected as control group.The content changing of PINP,CTX,OST in two groups,content changing of PINP,CTX,OST for different age patients in serum,the content changing of PINP,CTX,OST for different stage patients in serum were detected.Results The content of PINP,CTX,OST in detection group patients were higher than that in the control group,the content of PINP,OST in＞39-49 years age group were higher than that other age groups,the content of CTX in＞49-59 years age group were higher than that other age groups,the content of PINP,OST inⅢstage patients were higher than other stage patients,the content of CTX inⅣstage patients were higher than that other stage patients,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The PINP,CTX,OST level of ANFH patients are higher than that normal person,PINP,CTX,OST could forecast ANFH in early stage,degree of ANFH by dynamic monitoring,be beneficial to assessment for treatment result.
