心理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者抑郁状态及生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on the improvement of anxiety and depression in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)and its effect on quality of life.Methods Eighty-four patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects,and divided into control group and observation group by radom table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given routine intervention.Based on psychological interventions,SAS,SDS,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)were used to evaluate the effects of the interventions.The intervention effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI after intervention in both groups were lower than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SAS,SDS and PSQI after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can significantly reduce the uncertainty of the disease and the psychological state of anxiety and depression in patients with COPD,which is worthy of clinical application.
