| The application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of acute attack of children with asthma in budesonide atomization |

Abstract Objective To study the budesonide aerosol inhalation in treating children asthma acute application and application effect of comprehensive nursing care.Methods Selection during May 2015 to August 2016,86 cases of acute attack of asthma,children on average,according to the simple randomized divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group,an integrated care,compared two groups after treatment with intervention effect evaluation,adverse reaction,nursing adverse events,satisfaction evaluation,and so on and so forth.Results Observation group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Observation group after treatment with 1 incidence of nursing adverse events (2.23%)waslower than the control group (16.30),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Observation group after treatment with adverse reactions to 0 was lower than the control group (13.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Observation group satisfaction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionChildren with asthma acute attack using budesonide atomization inhalation therapy after application of comprehensive care,treatment effect is remarkable,the low incidence of adverse events,patient satisfaction is high,is worth clinical use.
