多索茶碱联合自血穴位注射法治疗支气管哮喘的护理观察

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Doxofylline combined with self blood acupoint injection in the treatment of bronchial asthma clinical curative effect and nursing.Methods 60 patients with bronchial asthma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects,were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Doxofylline treatment,the patients in the treatment group was treated with Doxofylline combined with self blood acupoint injection treatment and nursing intervention with the appropriate,the clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions of two groups of patients were compared.Results In the observation group significantly higher than that of the control group ((P＜0.05));The FEV1 and PEF indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P＜0.05),while the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline combined with self blood acupoint injection for treatment of bronchial asthma curative effect,proper nursing intervention with the treatment process,can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,improve lung function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of further clinical application.
