厄贝沙坦联合常规治疗在改善高血压患者左室肥厚和心率变异性中的作用

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Irbesartan combined with conventional therapy on left ventricular hypertrophy and heart rate variability in patients with hypertension.Methods 80 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,patients in the study group were given Irbesartan combined with conventional therapy.The blood pressure,left ventricular structure indexs and heart rate variability indexs were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the systolic and diastolic pressure of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance (P＜0.05).The left ventricular correlation indexs of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P＜0.05).The indexes of SDANN,SDNN,rMSSD,PNN50 and HF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the LF and LF/HF were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with hypertension in the choice of Irbesartan combined with routine treatment can significantly reduce the blood pressure,improve patients with left ventricular structure and heart rate variability,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
