氨氯地平与缬沙坦治疗高血压病的临床效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the c1inica1 effect of am1odipine besy1ate tab1et and va1sartan capsu1e in the treatment of hypertension disease.Methods 120 cases of hypertension from October 2009 to October 2012 in our hospita1 were se1ected and divided into the treatment group（n＝62）and the contro1 group（n＝58）according to different treatment methods.The treatment group was given am1odipine besy1ate tab1et,the contro1 group was given va1sartan capsu1e.The 1eve1 of diasto1ic b1ood pressure and systo1ic b1ood pressure before and after treatment was compared in the two groups, and the effect and adverse reaction was eva1uated.Results The tota1 effective rate in the treatment group was 82.3％, which was higher than 74.1％in the contro1 group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The diasto1ic b1ood pressure and the systo1ic b1ood pressure in the two groups after treatment was 1ower than that before treatment,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The diasto1ic b1ood pressure and the systo1ic b1ood pressure in the treatment group after treatment was 1ower than that in the contro1 group after treatment,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The main adverse effects of the treatment group were headache（n＝1）and edema（n＝3）,which were dry cough（n＝5）,dizzy（n＝1）and tire（n＝1）of the contro1 group.Conclusion The effect of am1odipine besy1ate tab1et in the treatment of hypertension disease is better than va1sartan capsu1e.
