心肌梗死患者PCI术后小剂量氯吡格雷延长治疗的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low dose clopidogrel in patients with myocardial infarction after PCI.Methods 100 patients with myocardial infarction who treated with PCI in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2013 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by using the method of random number table，each of 50 cases.Patients with PCI continued anti platelet drug use for 1 year.The control group treated with oral aspirin therapy，patients in the observation group used aspirin combined with low dose of clopidogrel therapy，patients were followed up for 1 year，the incidence of cardiovascular events and incidence of adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Incidence of cardiovascular events in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and in the non lethal recurrent infarction，recurrent angina pectoris and infarction also was significantly lower than that of control group，with statistical difference（P＜0.05）.The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P＜0.05）；the incidence of the white blood cells，thrombocytopenia and bleeding between two groups had not statistically significant（P＞0.05）.Conclusion After PCI in patients with myocardial infarction clopidogrel extended application can effectively reduce the incidence of major cardiovascular time and no obvious increase in the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction，does not increase bleeding and thrombocytopenia drug risk，it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
