| The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with hip fracture |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods90 elderly patients with hip fracture treated in our department from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The scores of self-efficacy(GSES),anxiety state(SAS)and complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.ResultsThere was no significant difference in SAS and GSES scores before nursing intervention between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing intervention,the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the GSES score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the anxiety degree of elderly patients with hip fracture,improve the patient′s self-efficacy,reduce the probability of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
