Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the optimization of obstetric outpatient service process on the visiting time and satisfaction of pregnant women.MethodsFrom December 2015 to December 2016,a total of 200 pregnant women in our hospital were investigated by questionnaire according to the admission order.100 pregnant women who did not optimize the process of obstetric outpatient service from December 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the control group,100 pregnant women after optimizing the obstetric outpatient service process from June to December in 2016 were selected as the observation group.The questionnaire survey in the two groups were analyzed.The average visiting time and nursing total satisfaction of the two groups of pregnant women were compared.ResultsThe average visiting time of the pregnant women in the observation group was(23.52±10.83)min,which was lower than(45.81±12.01)min in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 32.00%of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionObstetric outpatient service process optimization has important meaning in reducing visiting time of pregnant women and improving satisfaction of pregnant women,which can effectively improve the visiting effect,reduce the complaint rate of pregnant women in outpatient service.It is beneficial to establish a good relationship between nurses and patients,establish a good social image and is worth recommendation.
