西医联合中药汤药结合疗法治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined therapy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.MethodsFrom May 2016 to May 2017,52 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,and they were divided into the study group and reference group,and each group had 26 cases.Patients in the control group was given relieving cough and reducing sputum,relieving inflammation and asthma,symptomatic support routine and other western medicine treatment while patients in the study group were treated with Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment in the control groupt.The clinical efficacy and improvement time of clinical symptoms were observed and compared in patients between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment was 96.15%in patients of the study group,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group (80.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The antifebrile time,antitussive time and the disappeared time of pulmonary rales in patients of the study were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionTreating chronic bronchitis with Chinese herbal decoction on the basis of Western medicine symptomatic treatment has significant curative effect,can effectively promote the improvement of clinical symptoms of chronic bronchitis,improve the total effective rate of treatmen,thus it is worthy of clinical further promotion and application.
