血液灌流串联血液透析对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的治疗价值评估

Abstract Objective To study the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis in patients with uremic pruritus and uremia. Methods 100 cases of uremic pruritus and uremia′s patients from January 2013 to December 2015 who with treatment at the intrinsic phase in our hospital were selected as the study object，100 cases patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by taking the computer random grouping method，each group had 50 cases.The control group was implemented with hemodialysis in series hemodialysis filtration treatment，the observation group was implemented with blood perfusion in series of hemodialysis treatment.The total effective rate，skin itching disappeared time were compared between the two groups，and the β2-microspheres protein of the two groups was compared between before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group（78%）（P＜0.05）.Compared with the control group，the disappearance time of skin itching in the observation group was significantly shorter（P＜0.05）.Compared with before treatment，the β2-microspheres protein of the two groups were significantly reduced after the treatment（P＜0.05），but after treatment，the β2-microspheres protein of the observation group was significantly lower than of the control group　（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of uremic patients with skin itching，the using of hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion treatment has significant clinical efficacy，it can effectively promote the relief of skin itching.
