腹腔镜下全子宫切除术对患者的治疗效果及胃肠道功能恢复的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of total hysterectomy on patients and the recovery of gastrointestinal function.MethodsFrom January 2015 to July 2017,260 cases of hysterectomy patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the related datas were retrospectively analyzed,according to the operation method,patients were divided into two groups,the observation group were treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment,a total of 160 cases.Ccontrol group patients adopted open surgery for treatment,a total of 100 cases,the therapeutic effect of two groups were observed,and compared two groups of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery and so on.ResultsThe operation time of the observation group was similar to the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Observation group total blood loss less than control group in the operation,for the first time of bed activity time,length of hospital stay,anal exhaust time,defecation time,for the first time after eating time score are shorter than the control group,the complication rate is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05)..ConclusionThe clinical application effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy is good,and the postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients was quick and it used to be worth spreading.
