Objective To explore the clinical effects of surgical treatment in survival rate and effects of elderly patients with breast cancer.Methods 90 elderly patients with breast cancer from March 2014 to March 2015 of our hospital were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in observation group were treated with breast conserving surgery；45 patients in control group were treated with conventional radicalmastectomy.The operation index liked bleeding during operation，induced flow operation time and hospital stay in two groupswere compared. The postoperation effects，survival rate and satisfaction degree of the beauty of the breast in two groups were compared. Results Comparing the bleeding during operation，drainage flow operation time and hospital stay in two groups found that each index in observation group were obvious lower than that of control group，and the difference between two groups was statistical significance（P＜0.0

1）；Comparing local recurrence，distantmetastasis and 2 year survival rate in two groups founded that the rate of local recurrence and distantmetastasis in two groups were low and the observation group were lower than that of control group；2 year survival rate of two groups was high，which was 93.33%in observation group，higher than thatwas 91.11%in control group，the difference between two groups and had no statisticant difference（P＞0.05）；34 patients in observation group were satisfied with beauty of the breast of operation treatment，and the satisfaction degree was 75.56%，17 patients in control group were statified with beeuty of the breast of operation treanent，and the satisfaction degreewas 37.78%，obvious higher than that of control group，and the difference between two groups was statisticant significance（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Using breast conserving surgery for elderly patients with breast cancer，the treatment effects ismore obvious than traditional treatment，the survival rate of patients is high，the clinical value is high and isworth to popularize and application.
