Abstract ObjectiveTo study and discuss the effect of comfortable nursing in general surgery laparoscopic surgery.Methods100 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected randomly.According to the random number table method,were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine care and comfortable nursing respectively.The two groups were compared in postoperative pain score,comfort score,negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction.ResultsThe scores of pain in observation group were lower than those in control group at 8,24 and 48 h after operation(P<0.05),and their comfort scores were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Negative emotion scores of anxiety score and depression score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),while negative scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96%and that in the control group was 82%.There was significant difference between the two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of general nursing laparoscopic surgery comfort care,which can effectively reduce postoperative pain,but also effectively reduce the negative emotions，help to improve the physical and mental comfort experience,so that patients are more satisfied with the nursing services.
