足三里穴针刺运动疗法联合刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎的效果观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the therapy of acupuncture Zusanli joint sting clinical efficacy inflammation around the shoulder joint network bloodletting cupping.Methods90 patients with periarthritis from February 2014 to March 2016 treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2,observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group 1 were received bloodletting and cupping therapy based on original treatment,the control group 2 were received exercise therapy acupuncture Zusanli,observation group were received exercise therapy of acupuncture zusanli combined with local pain points bloodletting cupping,for 10 days as a course,continuous treatment of 2 courses,the effects were evaluated.ResultsThe effective rate of control group 1 was 56.67%,the control group 2 was 70.00%,the observation group was 96.67%,the difference was siginificant(P<0.05);follow-up for half a year,the control 1 group recovered was 8 cases,6 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 75.00%,the control 2 recoverde was 13 cases,6 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 46.00%,2 cases of the observation group recovered was 22 cases,2 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 9.00%,the control group were higher than that of observation group,with differences statisticant(P<0.05).ConclusionZusanli acupoint combined with prickingblood and cup-ping therapy is a simple and effective way to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis and the clinical effect is significant.It′sworth popularized in clinic.
