肌肉拉伸疗法联合推拿针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of muscle stretch therapy combined with massage acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.MethodsFrom February 2013 to October 2014,62 cases with periarthritis of shoulder treated in our hospital were selected.According to the difference of treatment plan,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,and there were 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with muscle stretch therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe improve ment of VAS,ADL score in the observation group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.68%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionMuscle stretch therapy combined with massage acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder can not only help to improve the pain and ability of daily life activities in patients，but also can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.
