腰痹通联合甲钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果评价

Abstract ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Yaobitong combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods94 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the object of this study.They were divided into the observation group (n=47)and control group(n=47)according to the random number method.The patients in the control group were treated with Mecobalamin.The patients in the observation group were treated with Yaobitong Capsules and Mecobalamin.The total effective rate,VAS score before and after treatment,serum MDA and SOD level before and after treatment were observed and recorded in the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group after 4 weeks was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum MDA level in the observed group was lower than that of the control group,and serum SOD level was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Yaobitong combined with Mecobalamin treating lumbar disc herniation is significant.It can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment,in reducing the patients′pain,reducing serum MDA level and enhancing the serum SOD level shows a positive significance.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
