经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症的效果评价

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy TESSYS in the treatment of central lumbar disc herniation.MethodsFrom May 2016 to May 2017,120 patients with central lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of randomization,60 cases in each group.The observation group was given percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic TESSYS technique,while the control group was treated by conventional therapy.The disease symptoms,quality of life and improvement of pain symptoms in the two groups were analyzed.ResultsThe total effective rate(93.3%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The physical symptoms([86.5±10.6]points),somatic symptoms([80.6±9.7]points),sleep state([87.6±9.9]points)and psychological symptoms([88.8±11.6]points)were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,VAS pain score([2.11±0.95]points)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group([2.95±0.89]points),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of central lumbar disc herniation with TESSYS percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively reduce the pain symptoms of patients.It can be actively popularized and popularized.
