| Analysis of the application of Mifepristone in the treatment of uterine myoma after myomectomy |

Abstract ObjectiveTo discuss and analyze the application of Mifepristone in the treatment of uterine myoma after myomectomy.Methods168 patients with hysteromyoma from May 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research subject,and they were divided into group A (84 cases)and group B (n=84)according to the operation sequence,patients of the two groups were given routine therapy and nursing,patients of the group A were treated with Mifepristone in addition.Progesterone levels,adverse reaction and recurrence of patients were compared between the two groups.ResultsLevels of follicle-stimulating hormone,estradiol and progesterone of patients in group A were better than those of the group B,the differences of statistical significance(t=12.366,19.730,18.944,P=0.000,0.000,0.000).The overall incidence of adverse reaction in the group A was lower than that of the group B,the difference of statistical significance (χ2=5.929,P=0.015);the recurrence rate of patients in the group A was lower than that of the group B,the difference of statistical significance (χ2=8.974,P=0.003).ConclusionApplication of Mifepristone after myomectomy has obvious effect,it effectively improve the level of progesterone,reduce the adverse reactions,and reduce the recurrence,worthy of clinical application.
