补肾抗衰片配合常规西医治疗老年肾虚痰瘀型2型糖尿病肾病的效果评价

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Kangshuai Tablets combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy of kidney deficiency and phlegm stagnation in elderly patients.Methods 194 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy of kidney deficiency and phlegm stagnation who were treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were selected and divided into observation group (n=97)and control group (n=97)according to the odd number and even number of the admission number.Patients in the control group were only given conventional western medicine,while patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Kangshuai Tablets on the basis of the control group.Biochemical indicators and improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After 16 weeks of treatment, the biochemical indicators and TCM syndrome scores of two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P＜0.05);lymphocyte group CD4+/CD8+,urinary ACR,urinary Alb,FBG,2 h PBG,HbA1c in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);improvement of scores of shortness of breath and laziness to speak,limb numbness,frequent urination,low back pain,abdominal fullness and distention in the observation group was better than that in the control group respectively,and there was statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Bushen Kangshuai Tablets combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy of kidney deficiency and phlegm stagnation in elderly patients is safe and effective.It can effectively maintain the blood sugar level,regulate the immunity of the body and improve the physical syndromes of TCM,which can be promoted and applied in clinical treatment.
