检测纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体对老年人下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓的临床意义

Abstract

ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the clinical significance of fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)in the detection of deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture in elderly patients.Methods60 cases of elderly patients who.receivedlower limb fracture surgery in our hospital from March,2016 to March,2017 were randomly divided into the observation group,other 60 cases of healthy subjects were divided into the control group.Then,the levels of FIB and D-D were compared between the two groups,and the patients in the observation group were divided into DVT group of 8 cases and non DVT group of 52 cases according to color Doppler ultrasound results in the same time.And the levels of FIB and D-D were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe levels of FIB and D-D in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in FIB and D-D levels between DVT group and non-DVT group before operation(P＜0.05),while the levels of various indexes in DVT group after operation were significantly higher than those in non-DVT group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe FIB and D-D are sensitive markers in detecting deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture in elderly patients,and it is great significance for prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with lower limb fracture.
