| Analysis of the impact factor of renal damage in hypertensive patients |

Abstract Objective To explore the impact factor of renal damage in hypertensive patients.Methods 85 renal damage patients with essential hypertension from September 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected as renal damage group,85 patients with simple essential hypertension at the same term were selected as control group.Metabolic related index of patients in two groups were detected and compared.Results Single factor analysis showed that gender, age,course of disease,body mass index,pulse pressure and serum uric acid were the risk factors of renal damage in patients with hypertension(P＜0.05).The risk factors screened from univariate analysis was used as independent variables for Logistic regression analysised and showed course of disease,body mass index and pulse pressure were independent risk factors for renal damage in hypertensive patients(OR=4.518,4.371,2.405).Conclusion The degree of renal damage in patients with hypertension was related to the course of disease,body mass index and pulse pressure.Active control of weight and pulse pressure in hypertensive patients is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients.
