苍附导痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with Metformin in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome,in order to provide the theoretical basis for clinical treatment.MethodsFrom January 2016 to October 2016,84 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with Metformin,while the control group was treated with Metformin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.ResultsAfter treatment,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).BMI of the same group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.156,P=0.693).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.224,P=0.002).ConclusionCangfu Daotan Decoction combined with Metformin in the treatment of obesity type polycystic ovary syndrome patients can significantly improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the patients.The clinical effect is obvious,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety,so it has good application value.
