通元针法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的短期随访观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the Tongyuan acupuncture treating simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction and the short-term effect.Methods60 cases with simple obesity and social volunteers were treated in our hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital From February 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 30 cases and another 30 healthy cases were enrolled the health control group.The treatment group was given by Tongyuan acupuncture treatment,while the control group was treated by the conventional acupuncture treatment and healthy control group were not treated.The curative effect was evaluated after 8 treatments and followed up for half a year.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and it was 86.67%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After half a year follow-up,the weight of the two groups were significantly decreased at the end of treatment,and BMI improved significantly.The treatment group had an advantage over the control group.The difference between the two groups before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P＜0.05),but after half a year follow-up,the treatment group and the healthy control group were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionTongyuan acupuncture have a role of improving weight and BMI obviously on patients with 8 times treatment.
